ABoth are comprehensive gastrointestinal medicines for various stomach symptoms, but their components and dosage forms are different. Ohta’s Isan A<Tablet> has stronger components to promote digestion of fat, protein and starch, and is especially effective against stomach oppression because of fatty foods and overeating. Ohta’s Isan A<Tablet> is a small tablet type product and recommended for people who do not like powder medicines.

AThe “powder” is just the crushed herbal medicine without heating. It is rich in aroma components that improve the function of the stomach because it is not heated. The “extract” concentrates active ingredients after extraction, and content of active ingredients is higher than "power" in same quality, so that the dosage may be reduced. Because they have different good points, both are contained.
